Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct process assessments through stakeholder interviews and data analysis.
• Develop process maps, SOPs, and structured documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into practical recommendations.
• Support implementation of redesigned workflows and monitor effectiveness.
• Track KPIs and operational metrics to measure improvements.
