The position involves supporting the Operations Manager, coordinating workflow within IP and business support teams, and mentoring colleagues to uphold best practices.

Qualificações

• Background within Intellectual Property or IP processes and systems.
• Strong workflow experience from a legal setting.
• Experience mentoring, training, or leading a team.
• Excellent organisation skills and ability to manage time effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Operations Manager with administrative and secretarial tasks.
• Provide support in procedures and processes.
• Coach and mentor team members.
• General administration, reception, print & post etc.
