Bishop Fleming LLP is seeking a Transformation Manager to drive a major ERP and Workday integration as part of our growth strategy. The role is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract reporting to the COO and partnering with M&A and platform leadership to deliver scalable operating models.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage data migration, testing and deployment, influence senior stakeholders, champion change, and ensure governance and business readiness across acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Significant ERP/workday delivery experience.
• Experience leading technology-enabled transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management across senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration of newly acquired businesses onto Workday platform.
• Oversee data migration, testing, deployment and business readiness.
• Build partnerships with senior leaders and drive multi-workstream progress.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage priorities, risks and dependencies.
• Champion change adoption and ensure ongoing governance and data quality.
