As a Workday Reporting/Prism Associate Manager, you will work on large-scale projects across multiple European locations, shaping data-driven decisions, and leveraging Accenture's AI-enabled accelerators to speed design, testing and delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis, reporting and analytics in Workday or similar ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business requirements into reports.
• Ability to meet client travel requirements and manage teams and client interactions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and fluency in English.

Responsabilités

• Deliver integrated cloud-based HR solutions and support Workday deployments.
• Collaborate with clients to identify, define and clarify technical requirements for reporting.
• Identify trends in large data sets and translate insights into actionable reports.
• Lead and mentor project teams and communicate complex findings clearly.
