Job summary

Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Workday Reporting/Prism Associate Manager to lead advisory work on cloud-based HR solutions and analytics. You will guide projects from rapid deployments to transformations, translating business needs into efficient reports and configurations while collaborating with global teams.

The role emphasizes leveraging Workday analytics, AI-enabled accelerators, and a strong client-focused delivery mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis, reporting and analytics in Workday or similar ERPs.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to collect, interpret, organize and analyze reporting requirements.
• Proven experience translating and visualizing requirements using Workday or similar analytics platforms.
• Ability to meet client travel requirements and efficiently manage teams and client interactions.
• Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment with deadlines and problem solving.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Fluency in English.

As a Workday Reporting/Prism Associate Manager

You’ll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you will provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.

In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by:

• Assessing and rationalising client reporting needs and in collaboration provide a value based reporting inventory.
• Responsible for collaborating with clients to identify, define, and clarify technical requirements; translating business needs into efficient reports and configurations that conform to best practices.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns for large data sets.
• Understand complex analytics use cases and be able to help customers to identify the issues they have and provide workarounds while communicating with internal teams to quickly resolve underlying issues.

Develop technical expertise in the Workday reporting and analytics framework

We are looking for experience in the following skills

• Experience on data analysis role, reporting and analytics role in Workday or similar ERPs.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to collect, interpret, organize, and analyse reporting requirements.
• Proven experience in translating and visualizing requirements using Workday or similar analytics platforms
• Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed and efficiently manage a team(s) and client interactions
• Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment, meet deadlines despite conflicting demands, analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Fluency in English
