Job summary

Cygnet Health Care is seeking an experienced Payroll Implementation Manager to drive the migration from IRIS Payrite to Workday Payroll across multiple sites, including the Kings Hill Office in West Malling. You will lead the payroll transformation programme, ensuring data integrity, testing governance and on-time go-live for all frequencies.

The role is a 12-month FTC, hybrid with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote, offering strong career progression, DBS checks, and a competitive package

Qualifications

• Proven payroll implementation or payroll transformation experience.
• Experience delivering payroll system implementations.
• Strong end-to-end payroll knowledge.
• Knowledge of UK statutory payroll legislation.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of the payroll workstream within the Workday implementation programme.
• Translate requirements into Workday Payroll configurations and standardise processes.
• Oversee data cleansing, migration and reconciliation activities.
• Own end-to-end payroll testing strategy and defect resolution.
