Job summary

N Consulting Limited is seeking a Workday Learning Talent Analyst/Developer for a fully remote role. You will configure and troubleshoot Workday modules, create clear documentation, and support testing cycles across Learning, Talent, and Performance in a global HR context.

We value hands-on experience with Workday configurations, strong problem-solving, and effective communication with both functional and technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Workday functional experience.
• Hands-on experience supporting configuration and testing in Learning, Talent, or Performance.
• Experience documenting business processes and configuration decisions.

Responsibilities

• Configure Workday Learning, Talent, and/or Performance based on business requirements.
• Troubleshoot system issues and partner with leads to identify root cause and resolution.
• Create and maintain documentation related to configuration, business processes, and system design decisions.
• Develop and execute test scripts for functional updates, enhancements, and releases.
• Support testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT), including defect tracking and resolution.
• Assist in configuring and updating business processes, notifications, and system settings.
• Partner with stakeholders to validate requirements and confirm expected system behavior.
• Ensure changes are documented and aligned to governance standards.
• Support release activities including regression testing and impact analysis.
• Participate in working sessions with project teams and functional leads.

Job Responsibilities

• Support configuration across Workday Learning, Talent, and/or Performance functionality based on business requirements
