Job summary

Johnson Matthey is seeking a Workday Integration Specialist to design, build and support integrations across Workday and external systems. You will monitor performance, resolve issues through root cause analysis and implement sustainable improvements.

You will work with People, Payroll, Finance, IT teams and external vendors to translate requirements into effective integration solutions. The role involves maintaining documentation, coordinating testing, and supporting Workday releases to ensure

Qualifications

• Design, build and support Workday integrations with Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI and APIs.
• Develop, test, maintain and troubleshoot integrations across Workday and external systems.
• Understand HR, Payroll and people data processes with governance and security in mind.
• Proficient in XML, JSON and XSLT for translating requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on reliability and stability.
• Clear communication and collaboration in Agile environments with global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and enhance Workday integrations to support HR processes.
• Own day‑to‑day performance, monitoring and issue resolution of integrations.
• Coordinate testing and implement updates to ensure business continuity.
• Maintain integration documentation, data flows, and technical specs.
