Job summary

Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer is seeking a Workday Integration Developer to join the Application Platforms team in building scalable Workday integrations. You will work across Core HCM, Recruiting, Payroll and more, translating user stories into robust technical requirements.

You’ll collaborate with HR, Technology, Finance and other stakeholders, lead integration releases, and ensure data integrity. A people-first culture and continuous improvement drive the team.

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday Core HCM and related modules.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data flows.
• Hands-on experience with Workday integrations (Studio, Core Connectors, and related tools).
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Commitment to data integrity and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test and maintain Workday integrations (APIs, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, RaaS, Studio/Orchestrate).
• Manage data flows between Workday and downstream systems.
• Oversee API management (SOAP/REST) and integration platform operations.
• Deploy and maintain integrations to external applications and data warehouses.
• Act as a Workday subject matter expert.
• Escalate and troubleshoot configuration and integration issues.
• Lead release management for integrations.
• Maintain data integrity through audits and maintenance.
• Stay current with Workday releases and best practices.
• Support training and change management for Workday enhancements.
