Qualifications

Job Description:

The Planet Group has recently been engaged by an established Workday partner to secure two Certified Senior Integrations resources on a contract (B2B) basis for 6 months. The roles can be based in the UK or Europe with remote working options.

Role Overview:

As a Workday Integrations Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering integration solutions for the cloud-based Workday HCM system. You will work closely with clients to lead the integrations workstream, including scoping, requirements gathering, documentation, implementation, deployment, and support, utilizing the Workday integration platform.

You will build strong client relationships to understand their needs, ensuring the integration solutions are fit for purpose, aligned with their requirements, and commercially viable. You will also contribute to developing and educating others within the Workday practice on Integrations.

Key Skills Required:

• Proficiency with XML, XPath, XSLT, and knowledge of an object-oriented programming language (preferably J2EE)
• Experience designing workflows to solve business and technical problems
• Good understanding of cloud computing, web services, and integration challenges
• Excellent customer focus and communication skills
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project and business dynamics
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and make decisions under pressure
• Strong consulting skills, including presenting, leading workshops, and explaining complex solutions to clients
• Workday HCM Certification or experience with similar HCM/ERP systems
• Proficiency in other middleware/integration platforms
• Experience leading projects and teams
