Job Description:

The Planet Group has recently been engaged by an established Workday partner to secure two Certified Senior Integrations resources for a 6-month contract (B2B engagement). The roles can be based in the UK or Europe and offer remote working.

Role Overview:

As a Workday Integrations Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering integration solutions for the cloud-based Workday HCM system. You will work closely with clients to lead the integrations workstream, scope, gather requirements, document, implement, deploy, and support integration solutions using the Workday platform.

You will build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure solutions are aligned, fit for purpose, and commercially viable. You will also contribute to developing and educating others within the Workday practice on integrations.

Key Skills Required:

• Proficiency with XML, XPath, XSLT, and knowledge of an object-oriented programming language (preferably J2EE)
• Experience designing workflows to solve business and technical problems
• Good understanding of cloud computing, web services, and integration challenges
• Excellent customer focus and communication skills
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project and business dynamics
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong consulting skills, including presenting, leading workshops, and explaining complex solutions
• Workday HCM Certification or experience with similar HCM/ERP systems
• Proficiency in other middleware/integration platforms
• Experience leading projects and teams
