Job Description:

The Planet Group has recently been engaged by an established Workday partner to secure two Certified Senior Integrations resources on a contract (B2B) engagement (6 months). The roles can be based in the UK or Europe and offer remote working.

Role Overview:

As a Workday Integrations Consultant, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of integration solutions for the cloud-based Workday HCM system. You will work closely with customers to lead the integrations workstream, scope, gather requirements, document, implement, deploy, and support integration solutions using the Workday platform.

You’ll build strong relationships with customers to understand their requirements, ensuring the integration solution is aligned, fit for purpose, and commercially viable. You’ll also guide, develop, and educate others within the Workday practice on Integrations.

Key Skills Required:

• Proficiency with XML, XPath, and XSLT; knowledge of an object-oriented programming language (preferably J2EE)
• Experience designing workflows to solve business and technical problems
• Good understanding of cloud computing, web services, and associated challenges
• Excellent customer focus and communication skills
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project and business dynamics
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and make decisions under pressure
• Strong consulting skills, including presenting, leading workshops, and explaining complex solutions
• Workday HCM Certification or experience with similar HCM/ERP systems
• Proficiency in middleware/integration platforms
• Experience leading projects and teams
