Job Description:

The Planet Group has recently been engaged by an established Workday partner to secure two Certified Senior Integrations resources for a 6-month contract (B2B engagement). The roles can be based in the UK or Europe with remote working options.

Role Overview:

As a Workday Integrations Consultant, you will ensure the successful delivery of integration solutions for the cloud-based Workday HCM system. You will work closely with customers to lead the integrations workstream, scope requirements, document, implement, deploy, and support integration solutions using the Workday platform.

You will build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs, ensuring the solutions are fit for purpose and aligned with business goals. You will also contribute to developing and educating others within the Workday practice on Integrations.

Key Skills Required:

• Proficiency with XML, XPath, XSLT, and knowledge of an object-oriented programming language (preferably J2EE)
• Experience designing workflows to solve business and technical problems
• Understanding of cloud computing, web services, and integration challenges
• Excellent customer focus and communication skills
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project and business dynamics
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and make decisions under pressure
• Strong consulting skills, including presenting, leading workshops, and explaining complex solutions
• Workday HCM Certification or experience with similar HCM/ERP systems
• Proficiency in middleware/integration platforms
• Experience leading projects and teams
