Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday Report Writer experience required.
• Experience with Prism Analytics.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Workday Report Writer Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain advanced Workday reports (matrix, composite, and RaaS).
• Create calculated fields across HCM data sources.
• Translate business requirements into reporting solutions.
• Validate reports and troubleshoot data discrepancies.
• Support Workday upgrades, testing, and validation.
• Document report logic and maintain reporting standards.
