Job summary

PA Consulting Group seeks a Workday HCM Expert to drive end-to-end HR system support and governance from London. You will oversee Workday HCM, manage enhancements, and collaborate with stakeholders to maintain compliant, efficient HR processes.

The role offers hybrid working (minimum 2 days in the London office) and a 12-month fixed-term contract, with opportunities to shape the Workday journey and improve service delivery across the business.

Qualifications

• Extensive Workday HCM experience.
• Knowledge of core HCM concepts such as organisations, hierarchies and workflows.
• Proficiency in supporting HCM areas like Core HR, Absence, Benefits, Talent and Learning.
• Understanding of system security, roles, and segregation of duties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Workday HCM functionality and governance.
• Manage Workday system enhancements and releases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align HR strategy.
• Maintain compliance and data integrity across the system.
• Guide the HR Workday support team and operations.
