PA Consulting seeks a Workday HCM Expert to lead end-to-end support and governance of the Workday system. You will drive HCM optimisation, manage enhancements, and liaise with business leaders to raise service delivery and compliance.

You will collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders, oversee feature releases, and guide a support team while maintaining up-to-date documentation and continuous learning across the Workday landscape.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive Workday HCM experience with a track record of successful delivery.
• Strong Workday configuration expertise across HCM modules.
• Solid knowledge of core HCM concepts such as organisations, hierarchies and workflows.
• Experience supporting Core HR, Absence, Benefits, Talent and Learning.
• Understanding of system security, roles and segregation of duties.
• Proven ability to manage system changes with attention to detail.
• Can-do attitude with ownership from task to resolution.

Can you imagine working alongside our HR team, seamlessly delivering end-to-end support for the Workday HR Management system at PA?

Our HR team are looking for an exceptional Workday HCM Expert to play a pivotal role in ensuring effective service delivery across our organisation. Responsibilities include overseeing Workday HCM, managing system enhancements, collaborating with stakeholders, and maintaining compliance.

This role offers the opportunity to shape our Workday journey and contribute to ongoing improvements.

You will have opportunity to :

• Drive Workday HCM system optimisation
• Contribute to managing governance, cross-functional resources, and HR strategy alignment
• Oversight of Workday HCM management, design, and maintenance
• Oversee regular Workday feature releases and value analysis
• Liaise with business leaders to enhance service delivery
