PA Consulting in London is seeking an exceptional Workday HCM Expert to lead end-to-end Workday HCM governance, design and maintenance, and to drive improvements for our HR service delivery. This hybrid role requires a minimum of 2 days per week in the London office.

You will oversee feature releases, collaborate with business leaders to balance day-to-day support with strategic initiatives, and mentor the HR support team while managing delivery partners.

Job Description

Our HR team are looking for an exceptional Workday HCM Expert to play a pivotal role in ensuring effective service delivery across our organisation. Responsibilities include overseeing Workday HCM, managing system enhancements, collaborating with stakeholders, and maintaining compliance.

This role offers the opportunity to shape our Workday journey and contribute to ongoing improvements.

You will have opportunity to:

• Contribute to managinggovernance, cross-functional resources, and HR strategy alignment

• Oversee regular Workday feature releases and value analysis
