Focus on WD is currently seeking a Workday Financials Specialist to join a highly invested global Workday customer who is live with Workday Financials and is investing in the platform's optimization and enhancement.

Position Details:

• Position: Workday Financials Specialist
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Start Date: As soon as possible
• Location: Gatwick, Sussex
• Salary: £55,000-65,000 Base Salary

Ideal Candidate:

• Workday Financials experience, ideally within a BAU/Post Go-live environment
• Experience with Core Financials, Expenses, Business Assets, and Procurement in Workday
• Strong knowledge of Financial Processes and understanding of Financial Systems best practices; ability to champion initiatives and solutions to stakeholders
• An accounting background or degree is ideal but not essential
• Certification and training in Workday Financials are preferred

Role Overview:

• Configuration experience of Workday Financial modules across R2R, P2P, and O2C
• Support, enhance, and optimize the Workday Financials system
• Act as a key team member within the business while expanding experience in modules such as procurement and expenses
• Champion the system internally, working across stakeholder groups
