Kirtana consulting is seeking an experienced Workday Financial Reporting & Prism Analytics Consultant in London to design, develop, and support enterprise financial reporting solutions within the Workday ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Workday Reporting, Prism Analytics, and Financial Management processes, enabling business stakeholders to make data‑driven decisions through accurate, secure reporting and governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Workday Reporting and Financials.
• Hands-on experience with Prism Analytics.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Financial Management modules.
• Experience integrating Workday data with external sources.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication with business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document reporting requirements from Finance stakeholders.
• Design, develop, and maintain Workday reporting solutions (Advanced/Matrix/Composite Reports).
• Build and optimize Prism Analytics datasets and data pipelines.
• Create dashboards, KPI scorecards and visuals.
• Provide testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and security across solutions.
