Location: UK Wide (Hybrid)
Salary: £72,000 - £110,000 depending on experience + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benfits
A leading consultancy is looking for an experienced Workday Solution Architect to support large-scale transformation programmes. This role offers the chance to work on high-profile projects, shaping solution strategies and delivering innovative Workday Financials implementations for enterprise clients.
Lead the design and delivery of Workday Financials solutions, ensuring seamless integration with business processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements and solution architecture.
Provide strategic guidance on best practices and Workday capabilities.
Oversee governance, security, and compliance within Workday implementations.
Mentor and support junior team members.
Strong Workday Financials experience, including end-to-end implementations.
Proven track record in designing and delivering complex enterprise solutions.
Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and lead technical discussions.
Experience managing teams and delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
