The role

Our client is currently recruiting an experienced Workday Financials Consultant. You will play a key role as part of an industry-leading team, helping to drive results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions within our Cloud Deployment Solutions business group.

Location is home-based with travel to client sites (up to 40%). Remote from anywhere in the EU; no visa sponsorship provided.

Tasks

• Become a hands-on subject matter expert in aspects of the Workday Financials product suite.
• Work closely with clients to understand requirements and design, build, configure, and test the Workday solution.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and improve internal capabilities, including training and mentoring new team members.
• Develop strong and trusting relationships with project team members, management, and external clients.
• Contribute to high client satisfaction and service standards, managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Stay updated with the latest finance tools, techniques, and industry thinking, and leverage this knowledge to influence clients and project delivery.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience deploying Workday and supporting its environment.
• Consultancy experience in financial processes.
• Experience with Workday Spend Management.
• Good presentation and facilitation skills in English.
• Workday Financials Certification.
