The role

We are seeking an experienced Workday Financials Consultant to join our client’s industry-leading team. You will play a key role in delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Cloud Deployment Solutions business group.

Location is home-based with travel to client sites (up to 40%). Remote work is available from anywhere in the EU; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Tasks

• Become a hands-on subject matter expert in aspects of the Workday Financials product suite.
• Work closely with clients to understand requirements and design, build, configure, and test the Workday solution.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and improve internal capabilities, including training and mentoring new team members.
• Develop strong, trusting relationships with project team members, management, and external clients.
• Contribute to high client satisfaction and service standards, managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Stay updated with the latest finance tools, techniques, and industry thinking to influence clients and project delivery.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience deploying Workday and supporting its environment.
• Consultancy experience in financial processes.
• Experience working with Workday Spend Management.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills in English.
• Workday Financials Certification.
