Job summary

Kainos is seeking Workday Extend Developers to shape innovative products on the Workday platform. You will join a small, collaborative team designing and delivering new Workday-based offerings, including AI Gateway and AWS integrations.

You will work with the product team to build customer-focused roadmaps, create proof-of-concepts, and gather user feedback in a fast-paced environment. Remote-friendly with strong English communication expected.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience developing Extend applications.
• Experience developing & coding within agile delivery environments.
• Experience with web service technologies (REST, SOAP).
• Clear and effective communicator in English, including remote settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and innovate new products on the Workday platform as part of a product team.
• Collaborate to shape customer-focused roadmaps and gather user feedback.
