About the role…

If you are an experienced Senior Workday Developer/Technology Lead with strong expertise, this role offers the opportunity to join as a Workday Enterprise Systems Manager. You will oversee the technical development, health, and integration of our Workday platform, working closely with various teams and focusing on innovation including automation and AI development.

What you will be doing

• Align Workday with business needs and IT strategy, managing improvements and ensuring agile delivery.
• Manage implementation, configuration, and optimization of Workday modules, creating detailed designs and technical specifications.
• Maintain development best practices, including coding standards, testing, documentation, and GDPR considerations.
• Monitor Workday health, usage, and compliance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and manuals.
• Resolve escalated BAU issues with advanced troubleshooting and continuous improvement.

About you…

• Hands-on experience in Workday development/configuration across modules like HCM, Financials, etc., including AI and automation.
• Experience with system integration, platform development, and large data uploads.
• Knowledge of Workday Security Model and integrations (EIBs, Web Services, APIs).
• Experience with change control, QA, Agile delivery, and innovation awareness.
