Job summary

RSM UK is seeking a Workday Cutover Lead to join on a 9-month fixed-term contract, responsible for planning, leading and controlling the transition from existing systems to new enterprise applications. The role requires establishing the cutover strategy, runbooks and governance to deliver a controlled go-live with minimal business disruption.

After successful cutover, the role will plan decommissioning of legacy systems, ensuring appropriate controls, readiness criteria and executive reporting

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday, Dynamics 365, finance or HR SaaS implementations.
• Knowledge of data migration, integration validation and service transition practices.
• Experience coordinating decommissioning of legacy applications.
• Familiarity with project delivery tools such as Monday.com, Miro, Power BI or Visio.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the cutover strategy, runbooks and governance for a controlled go-live.
• Coordinate readiness inputs across testing, data migration, integration, security and infrastructure.
• Maintain visibility of decisions, blockers and ownership; escalate as needed.
• Plan legacy decommissioning and post-go-live activities with governance.
