People Technology Improvement Consultant (Workday)

Locations: Bupa Place (Salford Keys, M50 3SP), Staines (Willow House, TW18 3DZ), London (Angel Court, EC2R 7HJ), Brighton (Victory House, BN1 4FY), Leeds (Kirkstall Forge, LS5 3BF)

Role Overview

As a Workday Specialist, you will lead the development of our Recruiting setup on the platform. Bupa has a mature Workday setup with plans for further evolution, including implementing Candidate Messaging and a full UK business deployment. You will own the Workday Recruiting roadmap, collaborate with recruitment teams, configure and develop the system, manage a Senior Analyst, and ensure governance and compliance while improving employee experience through user-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and implement continuous improvements in Recruitment & Onboarding functions within Workday
  • Engage with the Workday community to stay updated on new features
  • Assess existing processes and recommend improvements for end-user experience, compliance, and efficiency
