As a Workday Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the development of our Recruiting setup on the platform. Bupa has been a Workday customer for over 5 years with a mature setup that still has room to evolve. You will own the development of Workday and its Recruiting roadmap, partner with four recruitment teams, configure and develop the system, manage a Senior Analyst, and ensure governance and compliance while improving the employee experience through user-centric solutions.
