Job summary

Kainos is hiring an experienced Workday AMS Adaptive Planning Consultant to join our delivery team. You will help clients transform their budgeting and forecasting processes using Adaptive Planning, contributing across project phases and mentoring junior team members.

You will work with clients to understand their planning needs, design models, and deliver training and documentation, ensuring value and timely delivery. This role may involve travel within the region.

Qualifications

• Experience in budgeting, planning and management reporting.
• Experience designing and building complex financial planning models.
• Experience implementing an EPM system (e.g., Adaptive Planning, Host Analytics, Anaplan, Oracle Hyperion).

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise on Adaptive Planning solution and maintain proficiency/certification.
• Contribute to all phases of implementation projects for clients of varying sizes.
• Help clients move legacy models to Adaptive Planning with consultative guidance.
