Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a Workday Absence and Time Tracking Consultant to guide global clients through HR transformations using the Workday platform. You’ll be part of a team delivering rapid deployments and complete transformations, providing cloud-based HR solutions that accelerate the path to a better way to work.

You will advise clients on best practices, host workshops, and independently lead workstreams while collaborating with diverse stakeholders across the global network.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Workday HCM, Absence and Time modules.
• Experience with UKG, ADP eTime, Infor or Cronos.
• Willing to travel as required and manage client interactions.
• Strong stakeholder management and clear communication in English.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver integrated, cloud-based HR solutions using Workday and related tools.
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices in Absence/Time Tracking.
• Lead workshops and discussions within your area of expertise.
• Independently manage your workstream and report progress.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and Workday to ensure robust solutions.
• Support innovation with new methods and assets.

As a Workday Absence and Time Tracking Consultant

You'll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you'll provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.

In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by:

• Advising clients on industry standards and leading practices in the Absence and Time Tracking modules, contributing to a functional solution that meets client needs and objectives
• Applying Workday and Accenture methodologies in everything you do
• Hosting workshops and leading discussions on topics in line with your expertise in Absence Management and Time Tracking
• Independently leading your workstream and reporting workstream(s) progress
• Liaising closely with client counterparts, external vendors, Accenture colleagues and Workday to achieve a robust solution
• Actively supporting innovation through the creation of new industry-leading methods and assets

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

• Prior experience implementing Workday HCM / Absence/ Time or relevant on-premise or cloud-based platforms such as UKG, ADP Enterprise eTime, Infor, Cronos
• Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed and efficiently manage a team(s) and client interactions
• Excellent stakeholder management. You ensure all stakeholders are aligned and client requirements are met
• Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment, meet deadlines despite conflicting demands, analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Set yourself apart:

• Strong HR background and have experience working with the time tracking module of the Workday platform, either as a consultant or in a client role owning and driving the Workday agenda
• In addition to Workday Time Tracking and Absence also experience in other Workday modules
• Up to date Workday Absence and Time Tracking certifications
