Job summary

Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking a Workday Integration Architect to lead the design, build, and deployment of cloud-based HR integrations across Workday HCM and Finance. You will work with a global talent pool to deliver large-scale projects and engage with clients to shape integration solutions.

You will host workshops, provide technical leadership, and coordinate with Workday and client teams to ensure robust, scalable outcomes. Travel to client sites may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Identify and solve complex Workday integration problems across Finance domains.
• Lead integration design, build, and tests using Studio, EIB, Orchestrate, and related tools.
• Experience with full-cycle Workday implementations: requirements, design, testing, deployment.
• Willingness to travel and manage virtual teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• You’ll help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by delivering integrated, cloud-based HR solutions.
• Lead Discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops across domains.
• Deliver requirements and design documents to developers and coordinate with offshore delivery teams.
• Manage and guide a team of Workday Integrations consultants.
• Liaise with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues and Workday to achieve robust solutions.
• Participate in pre-sales activities to shape offerings for prospective clients.

As a Workday Integration Architect

You’ll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you'll provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.

In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by:

• Sharing leading practices and your experiences on integrating Workday HCM and/or Finance with Payroll and other systems, including rationalisation of the integration inventory
• Hosting workshops and leading discussions on topics across the integration domain
• Lead Discovery session with client for each domain specific integration
• Deliver requirements and design documents to developers
• Managing and guiding a team of Workday Integrations consultants
• Liaising closely with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues and Workday to achieve a robust solution
• Active involvement in (pre-)sales activities to shape the right offering for our prospective clients

We are looking for experience in the following skills

• Identify, assess,and solvecomplex business problemsfor integrating the Workday cloud application with external applications across a wide array of Financial functional areas, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
• Lead the design, build, and support testing of Workday integration code base including Studio, EIB, Document Transformation, Orchestrate for Integrations and supporting 3rd party coding
• Experience from several full-cycle Workday implementations, including requirements gathering, integration design, testing and deployment
• Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed, and efficiently managing virtual team and client interactions
• Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment
• Think analytically and effectively apply logic to solve problems
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines despite conflicting demands
• Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements
• Strong desire to work with clients and provide exceptional client experiences
• Fluency in English
