Job summary

GGT Insolvency Recruitment seeks a Licensed JIEB qualified Insolvency Practitioner for a hybrid or office-based role. You will lead work-winning activity, develop new corporate insolvency and restructuring opportunities, and advise on complex cases while building strong professional relationships.

The successful candidate will balance independent case leadership with mentoring junior staff, participate in marketing initiatives, attend industry events, and maintain high regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Qualified Licensed Insolvency Practitioner with JIEB credentials.
• Proven ability to win corporate insolvency and restructuring work.
• Strong technical knowledge across personal and corporate insolvency and strong compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Generating new corporate insolvency and restructuring instructions.
• Contributing to marketing initiatives and business development strategies.
• Attend networking and industry events on behalf of the insolvency practice.
• Leading client meetings and providing technical insolvency advice.
• Managing appointments across corporate and personal insolvency procedures.
• Supporting and mentoring junior staff and case teams.
• Maintaining high professional and regulatory standards.
