Job summary

Imperium Financial Recruitment is seeking a Work Winning Insolvency Practitioner to drive new business for a growing insolvency and restructuring firm across Manchester and Yorkshire. You will build referral networks, win corporate instructions, and lead client meetings with technical insolvency advice.

The role offers senior level responsibility with strong internal support, flexible and hybrid working options, and a clear path to leadership and regional growth.

Qualifications

• Licensed Insolvency Practitioner
• Proven track record of work winning and developing professional referral relationships
• Strong technical knowledge across corporate insolvency and restructuring
• Commercially minded with excellent business development skills
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining strong referral networks including accountants, solicitors, lenders, and financial advisers
• Generating new corporate insolvency and restructuring instructions
• Leading client meetings and providing technical insolvency advice
• Managing appointments across corporate insolvency procedures including Administrations, CVLs, MVLs, and restructuring assignments
• Supporting and mentoring junior staff and case teams
• Contributing to marketing initiatives and business development strategies
• Representing the firm at networking and industry events
• Maintaining high professional and regulatory standards
