Imperium Financial Recruitment is assisting a respected insolvency and restructuring firm to appoint a Work Winning Insolvency Practitioner for Manchester and Yorkshire, offering a senior level role with flexible hybrid working.

You will develop new business opportunities, strengthen professional relationships, and generate corporate insolvency and restructuring work, while leading client meetings and leveraging strong referral networks within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong referral networks with accountants, solicitors, lenders, and financial advisers.

• Manage appointments across administrations, CVLs, MVLs, and restructuring assignments.
• Support and mentor junior staff and case teams.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives and business development strategies.
• Represent the firm at networking and industry events.
• Maintain high professional and regulatory standards.

Imperium Financial Recruitment are working on behalf of a highly respected and expanding insolvency and restructuring firm who are seeking to appoint Work Winning Insolvency Practitioners to support their continued growth across Manchester and Yorkshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for commercially focused Insolvency Practitioners with strong referral networks and a proven track record of securing new instructions. The firm offers excellent operational support, strong internal resources, and a collaborative environment designed to maximise business development opportunities.

The Role

As a Work Winning Insolvency Practitioner, you will play a key strategic role in developing new business opportunities, strengthening professional relationships, and generating corporate insolvency and restructuring work for the firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining strong referral networks including accountants, solicitors, lenders, and financial advisers
• Generating new corporate insolvency and restructuring instructions
• Leading client meetings and providing technical insolvency advice
• Managing appointments across corporate insolvency procedures including Administrations, CVLs, MVLs, and restructuring assignments
• Supporting and mentoring junior staff and case teams
• Contributing to marketing initiatives and business development strategies
• Representing the firm at networking and industry events
• Maintaining high professional and regulatory standards

Candidate Requirements

• Licensed Insolvency Practitioner
• Proven track record of work winning and developing professional referral relationships
• Strong technical knowledge across corporate insolvency and restructuring
• Commercially minded with excellent business development skills
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities
