Bilfinger is seeking a Work Pack Lead to oversee the work pack function for the HPC project. You will lead Work Pack Engineers and Assistant engineers, driving readiness, technical compliance and timely delivery of work packs for fabrication and installation.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Planning, Quality and Construction to ensure safe, compliant project delivery and site readiness, while upholding nuclear safety culture and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading work pack, workface planning, construction readiness, project engineering or fabrication support functions within a highly regulated environment.
• Proven experience leading technical or project support teams.
• Strong understanding of work pack preparation, document control and workface planning principles.
• Experience managing interfaces between Engineering, Planning, Construction and Quality functions.
• Strong understanding of quality requirements, configuration management and technical documentation control.
• Experience delivering against programme milestones and performance targets.
• Understanding of project controls, productivity measurement, earned value principles and cost impacts associated with workface readiness.
• HNC/HND or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related discipline.
• CCNSG Safety Passport.
• Relevant supervisory or leadership experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain HPC site access requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of Work Pack Engineers and Assistant Work Pack Engineers.
• Allocate resources to align work pack production with construction and fabrication needs.
• Conduct performance reviews and mentoring activities.
• Ensure readiness metrics and risk indicators are monitored and mitigated.
• Interface with Project Controls, Planning and other functions to align delivery with milestones.
• Provide work pack status reporting to leadership.
