Overview

Work From Home Charity Fundraiser / Telesales Advisor. This role is home-based on a long-term basis and requires recent call handling, outbound telesales or fundraising experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective donors over the phone as part of a charity fundraising telesales team.
• Input information into a computer and maintain accurate records.
• Follow a script during outbound calls and participate in weekly remote training sessions on Zoom.
• Meet or exceed weekly sign-up targets and contribute to team goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in recent call handling, outbound telesales or fundraising is required.
• Must have a decent laptop/Windows computer and a USB headset with a microphone.
• Reliable broadband connection with upload speed above 8 Mbps and download speed above 25 Mbps.
• Good communication skills and a passion for charity work; ability to work with computer systems and input data accurately.

Schedule & Compensation

• Work from home, five days a week, 8-hour day (7 hours paid), Monday to Friday 12:00–20:00, plus one Saturday 10:30–18:30. If you work Saturday, you may take a day off in the following week.
• Starting pay is 12.35 per hour. With consistent target achievement, the rate rises to 12.70 per hour, then 13.05 per hour with good OTE commission opportunities. During Training/Graduation Bay, the pay rate is 12.21 per hour (typical for the first two weeks, depending on performance).
• Target: 15 sign-ups per week. If you hit 15 sign-ups, you will earn an extra 2 per hour (on top of the base rate). Each additional sign-up beyond the minimum target is paid at 17.50 per sign-up.

Training & Interview

• There is a telephone interview with a script-based roleplay. You will participate in weekly remote Zoom training sessions.
• The training pay is held back until you complete 120 hours of service.
