Qualifications

• Experience managing work experience, industry placements or employer engagement.
• Proven ability to lead teams and build relationships with employers and external partners.
• Uses data to monitor performance and drive improvements.
• Strong safeguarding, compliance and Education Inspection Framework awareness.
