Job description

Liberty has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and engaging Work Coordinator to join our team, based in our office in Knowsley. You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £26,208, plus excellent benefits.

Responsibilities for the Work Coordinator Role
  1. Prioritizing and scheduling backfill and reinstatement tasks.
  2. Rescheduling jobs that fall out of programme.
  3. Managing contract requirements for a range of jobs.
  4. Handling calls and scheduling a range of works.
  5. Validating each job to ensure all required information is available.
  6. Managing customer and client relationships.
  7. Ensuring all regulatory information is updated and logged in real-time with status updates on the internal system.
  8. Providing an efficient and flexible response to operational issues to maintain service levels and programme works in line with contract requirements and capabilities.

  4. Good knowledge of office working systems.
