A leading educational organization is seeking a Work Experience Coordinator to support learners in developing essential work readiness skills. The role involves coordinating work experience opportunities and maintaining progress records. Ideal candidates will have NVQ Level 3 and GCSEs in English and Maths, alongside strong communication and organizational skills.
As a Work Experience Coordinator, you will work closely with our dynamic team of curriculum teaching professionals to support learners' development of work readiness skills across various vocational levels.
Your duties include providing support to learners through the delivery of a comprehensive work experience/industry placement program. This aims to develop learner ownership of their career plans and help them achieve their personal aspirations and progress in their working lives.
You will support learners in working with colleagues and employers to secure work experience opportunities in accordance with their study programs. Additionally, you will ensure accurate records of learners' progress in work experience are maintained, recorded, validated, and reported using internal college systems.
