Job description

We are seeking a motivated work based learning assessor to join our dedicated team in the field of Health and Social Care. This role involves assessing and providing constructive feedback to learners enrolled on Health and Social Care qualifications, ensuring that they meet the required academic standards and professional competencies. As an Assessor, you will evaluate learners' progress through assignments, projects and practical placements.

You will have relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care or a related field and the appropriate Assessor Awards, along with hands-on industry experience in the care. You should be familiar with assessment frameworks, current industry regulations and practices, and comfortable working with a diverse learner group whilst maintaining clear communication with learners, staff and placement providers.
