We have an exciting opportunity for a new Team Leader to work within our Work and Wellbeing team.

The successful candidate will lead our new team working on an exciting pilot integrating IPS employment support with local homelessness teams.

More about the role:

The Team Leader will report to the Head of Work & Wellbeing and lead a small team of Employment Specialists. The main responsibilities include:

• Leading a new team to deliver a pilot project integrating IPS employment support with local homelessness teams
• Managing and motivating Employment Specialists to achieve positive employment outcomes aligned with customer preferences
• Ensuring high-quality service delivery in accordance with IPS Fidelity
• Providing operational oversight to the team
• Collaborating with partners, employers, and stakeholders to improve service delivery and outcomes
