Team Leader, Work & Wellbeing

Location: Sheffield, S1

Type: Permanent, 37 hours, 4 roles

Salary: £35,078 pro rata

Due to recent expansion, we are recruiting additional Team Leaders for our Work and Wellbeing Department across various projects including Pathways to Work, Good Work, and WorkWell!

We seek determined Team Leaders to drive performance and deliver high-quality employment support. You will oversee daily team operations, support staff, meet key performance indicators, and ensure excellent service delivery to our customers. Collaboration with partners, businesses, and stakeholders will be key to enhancing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead, manage, and support a team of Employment Specialists and Health at Work Coaches.
  2. Drive performance to meet objectives and outcomes.
  3. Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and support professional development.
  4. Develop and implement strategies for improvement.
  5. Ensure compliance with policies, behaviors, and funding requirements.
  6. Analyse data and report on performance indicators.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with employers, stakeholders, and partners.
  8. Uphold SYHA values and behaviors.

Who You Are:

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  7. Willingness to work across South Yorkshire as needed.
