Rudy's in Worcester is hiring a Kitchen Assistant to support the kitchen team with prep, cleaning, and stock management. You’ll help keep the kitchen running smoothly and ensure a clean, organized workspace throughout service.

No prior kitchen experience is needed; training and progression opportunities are available if you see a future as a pizzaiolo. A hard-working, team-first attitude and flexibility to work evenings and weekends are important.

• Supporting the kitchen team with prep work before and during service
• Washing up and maintaining a clean, well-organised workspace
• Restocking ingredients and supplies so the kitchen never runs dry
• Following food hygiene and safety standards at all times
• Helping with deliveries and stock rotation
• Being a reliable, positive presence in a fast-moving kitchen

Salary: £13.45 | Tips & Tronc | Bi-Weekly Bonus

Contract: Full time / Part time available

We're looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our team. No prior kitchen experience needed - just a strong work ethic, genuine enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn. You'll be the engine room of our kitchen: prepping ingredients, keeping things spotless, and making sure the Pizzaiolos have everything they need.

Your day-to-day

• Supporting the kitchen team with prep work before and during service
