Job summary

Questech Recruitment Ltd in Morley, Leeds, is seeking a Woodworking Machinist / Machinery Operator to join a well-established bespoke woodworking manufacturer. The role involves operating traditional woodworking machinery to produce high-quality joinery and products, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 08:00 to 17:00.

Candidates with a Level 2 Wood Machining qualification are encouraged to apply, and training opportunities are provided.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and operating traditional woodworking machinery.
• Using equipment such as spindle moulders, panel saws, planers and thicknessers.
• Working from technical drawings and cutting lists.
• Checking quality and dimensions of finished products.
• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment.
