• Experience in a womenswear design role within a fashion supplier or retailer.
• Confident in presenting to customers and managing accounts.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop womenswear jersey ranges reflecting seasonal trends.
• Research trends, fabrics, and colours for competitive collections.
• Create CADs, tech packs, and design specifications for production.
• Act as a customer-facing Account Manager to maintain relationships.
• Work closely with tech, merchandisers, and production for accuracy.
• Stay aware of market trends and competitors.
