Job summary

boohoo is seeking a Buyer in Womenswear to own a fast-paced product category, building trend-led ranges that excite customers and hit sales, margin, and stock goals. You’ll lead the team, forge supplier partnerships and manage the critical path from concept to launch.

You’ll work with Design, Merchandising, Sourcing, Garment Technology and Creative to translate customer insight and market trends into commercially successful product, maintaining speed and cohesion across the range.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in a Buyer-level role within womenswear fashion.
• Ability to translate emerging trends into commercial ranges for customers.
• Proven analytical skills to convert trading data into actions.
• Experience leading and developing junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day performance and direction of the department.
• Build category strategy aligned with customer, brand and sales targets.
• Lead and develop junior Buying team and manage supplier partnerships.
• Collaborate with Design, Merchandising, Sourcing and Marketing on ranges.
• Develop and deliver product ranges from concept to launch.
