Key responsibilities
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team within Women’s Services, providing effective administration in line with policies and procedures.
  • Serve as the first point of contact within the department, delivering efficient reception services.
  • Arrange clinic appointments and diagnostic tests optimally, following clinical guidance.
  • Ensure administrative services align with trust values and behaviors.
  • Signpost distressed or anxious patients to appropriate clinical colleagues empathetically.
