Black Country Women's Aid is seeking an Intensive Supervision Court Women's Specialist to work in Birmingham and across the Black Country. The role involves supporting women on intensive community-based sentences, managing regular court reviews and providing trauma-informed, pastoral support.

The post is a fixed-term, full-time position (37.5 hours, Monday to Friday) based in Jewellery Quarter with travel to partner sites as required.

Qualifications

• Experience of holding an active caseload.
• Knowledge of case management systems and report writing.

Responsibilities

• Support women at monthly court reviews and act as their point of contact.
• Provide trauma-informed pastoral support throughout the order.
• Travel to partner sites across the region as needed.
