Service Care Solutions Ltd is seeking an interim Women's Centre Project Manager to review current activity and processes at the London centres (Hammersmith and Finsbury Park) and implement practical improvements before new coordinators start.

The role is 100% on-site, 35 hours per week, for 12 weeks, with a focus on safeguarding, trauma-informed practice and building partnerships across statutory and voluntary sectors.

Qualifikationen

• EL1 vetting is essential.
• Experience managing projects, service improvement initiatives or community-based programmes.
• Experience developing and developing partnerships with statutory and voluntary organisations.
• Experience monitoring performance, using data to inform decisions and producing regular reports.
• Experience maintaining data systems.
• Understanding of safeguarding processes and risk assessments.
• Sound grasp of trauma-informed and gender-responsive practice.

About the role

Our client is a leading charity supporting women in contact with the Criminal Justice System. They deliver holistic, trauma-informed support through one-to-one work, safer women's centre spaces and specialist partnerships. They need an interim Project Manager to review current Women's Centre activity and processes and put improvements in place before new permanent Women's Centre Coordinators start in a few months. You'll split your time between the Hammersmith and Finsbury Park centres.
