Job summary

Rosa’s Thai in London is seeking a Wok Chef to join our kitchen team. You’ll cook, prep and deliver great food, every service. Fast, focused, and with care.

You will thrive with experience in a busy kitchen and Asian cuisine, be proficient with a wok, and bring a positive attitude with a willingness to learn. You’ll work well under pressure and take pride in getting every dish right.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy kitchen, preferably with Asian cuisine.
• Confident in using a wok.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work under pressure and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Cook and serve proper Thai food.
• Run the WOK section delivering Rosa's style dishes.
• Work clean, organized and ready for service.
• Support your team to deliver every dish to spec.
• Work with a great team in a fast-paced environment for dine-in and delivery.

Back then, they couldn’t afford new signage, so they kept the name above the door of an old East End café. Rosa’s Thai Café was reborn.

What you'll do

• Cook and serve proper Thai food
• Run the WOK section delivering our amazing food the Rosa's way
• Work clean, organised and ready for service
• Support your team to deliver every dish to spec
• Work alongside a great team in a fast pace delivering food for dine in and delivery

• Experience in a busy kitchen and as worked with Asian cuisine
• confident in utilising a wok
• Positive attitude and ready to learn
• Works well under pressure
• Takes pride in doing things properly
