Job summary

Rosa’s Thai is seeking a Wok Chef to join our kitchen team in the UK. You will cook, prep and deliver great Thai food, fast and with care.

Ideal candidates have experience in a busy kitchen, with Asian cuisine background, and are confident using a wok. Join us for a role that values teamwork, cleanliness and excellent food standards.

Back then, they couldn’t afford new signage, so they kept the name above the door of an old East End café. Rosa’s Thai Café was reborn.

We’re looking for a Wok Chef to join our kitchen team.

You’ll cook, prep and deliver great food, every service.

What you'll do

• Cook and serve proper Thai food
• Run the WOK section delivering our amazing food the Rosa's way
• Work clean, organised and ready for service
• Support your team to deliver every dish to spec
• Work alongside a great team in a fast pace delivering food for dine in and delivery

What we’re looking for

• Experience in a busy kitchen and as worked with Asian cuisine
• confident in utilising a wok
• Positive attitude and ready to learn
• Works well under pressure
• Takes pride in doing things properly
• A real love of food
